30-Day Warranty Policy
At CoZi Customs, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and product-related issues.
Warranty Coverage
Our 30-day warranty covers defects that are present as a result of manufacturing or material issues that occur under normal use.
If you believe your product has developed a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
- A description of the issue
- Any additional information we may request to properly evaluate the claim
Once we receive the necessary information, our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or other applicable solution.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or installation errors
- Accidents or collisions
- Abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Improper handling or storage
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Installation on an incorrect vehicle or application
- Self-inflicted damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by external factors after delivery
The warranty does not cover products that have been modified, altered, painted, wrapped, cut, drilled, or otherwise changed from their original condition.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by CoZi Customs. A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. We will determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature and cause of the issue.
