Refund & Return Policy
At CoZi Customs, we stand behind the quality and fitment of our products. Because our products are specialty automotive components, we handle returns and refunds based on the reason for the return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect so we can properly assess the issue.
Fitment Issues
If a product does not fit your vehicle as advertised or has a genuine fitment issue caused by the product, please contact us before attempting to modify, alter, or install the product in a way that could affect its condition.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund when the fitment issue is determined to be a product-related issue.
Please note: Minor adjustments may occasionally be required for aftermarket automotive parts. Improper installation, vehicle modifications, incorrect model/trim selection, or installation performed by an unqualified installer may not qualify as a fitment-related return.
Change of Mind & Unwanted Returns
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or do not like the appearance of the product.
Please review product descriptions, photos, fitment information, and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure whether a product will work with your vehicle, contact us before purchasing.
Important
Products that have been modified, damaged during installation, improperly installed, painted, wrapped, altered, or otherwise changed from their original condition may not qualify for a refund or replacement that is why we always recommend professional installation for all our products.
For any approved return, replacement, or refund, CoZi Customs reserves the right to request photos, videos, installation information, and other documentation necessary to evaluate the claim.
Our goal is to make sure you receive a quality product that fits your vehicle as advertised while protecting against returns that are unrelated to product quality or fitment.
All Items must be returned to 3250 Caney Creek Ln, Cumming, GA 30041 unless specified otherwise.
