Custom orders are made specifically for you and may require additional production time compared to our in-stock products.
Production & Lead Times
Custom order lead times vary depending on the product, customization, supplier availability, production schedule, and shipping conditions. Any estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Custom orders may take longer than in-stock products. Lead times are subject to change due to production delays, material availability, quality-control inspections, shipping delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We will provide updates when significant changes to the estimated timeline occur. Please understand that placing a custom order means you are agreeing to the possibility of an extended wait.
Custom Order Changes & Cancellations
Because custom orders are produced specifically for the customer, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.
Please make sure all product specifications, fitment information, and customization details are correct before placing your order.
